SCREW ALL OF THIS!!
BELOW!!!

Things you will need...
1. Redsn0w lite
2.
Xpwn-Nightly for Windows
3.
iRecovery for Windows
3.
2.2.1 Update .ipsw
4.
2.1.1 Update .ipsw
5.
Microsoft Visual C++ (May not be needed)
6. Boot helper - I am not allowed to distribute to the public. Please PM or IM me for why.

Step 1
Transfer the files inside the "rslite101/CustomPackages" folder into the "xpwn-windows-nightly/XPwn-0.5.7-Win32/bundles" folder. Then, transfer the files inside the "rslite101/Firmwarebundles" folder into the "xpwn-windows-nightly/Xpwn-0.5.7-win32/Firmwarebundles" folder.

Step 2
Once that is done Download the 2.2.1 firmware .ipsw as provided above. Rename it to OriginalFW (do not include .ipsw in the end!) and place it in the "x-pwn-windows-nightly\Xpwn-0.5.7-win32" folder.

Step 3
Here is where you need some command prompt skills...
Go into command prompt and type exactly what this picture shows, although the directories maybe different...

Press enter and enter this:

It should start making the new patchedfw.ipsw.
Note: if you get the error that says could not open ipsw, it probably means you named your .ipsw "OriginalFW.ipsw" instead of "OriginalFW".

Step 4
Boot your iPod touch into DFU mode. To do this, follow these steps...
1. Plug your iPod into the computer.
2. Press and hold the home and sleep button.
3. Keep holding them until you hear a beep, let go of the sleep button
4. Keep holding the home button until you hear another beep, let go of the home button.
5. You should be in DFU mode.

Step 5
Download the 2.1.1 .ipsw file provided above. Rename its extension from .ipsw to .zip and extract it. Once that's done, take out the file from the folder "Firmware\DFU" called iBSS.n72ap.RELEASE.dfu and put it somewhere where the extensions aren't crazy.

Step 6
Install iRecovery, it's provided up there. Also, you need to install the LibUSB that comes with the iRecovery package. If you are using Vista, make sure you run LibUSB installer in compatibility mode with Windows XP and run as administrator. If iRecovery doesn't work and it says it can't run side by side or something, install the C++ file I provided above.

Step 7

The command prompts are back...
Your iPod should be in DFU mode and you should have the LibUSB fully working. If not try again, because you will get stuck.
Type what the command prompt says, the directories may be slightly different

Now, make sure your iPod is in DFU mode and plugged in
Then press enter and type in...

It should say upload complete. If it says that your iPod was not found, your LibUSB is messed up or you're not in DFU mode.

Step 8

Unplug your iPod and plug it back in after about 10 seconds, your screen should go white.
Since I'm not going to JB my iPod again, I can't provide result images. However, I can show you what you can type in...

Don't mind everything above the last command.
Press enter, if your iPod is plugged in and in DFU mode, it should give you a really long row of lines and say that it is starting command prompt...and it will say something along the lines of, "1iPhone$" or something like that. Don't worry about those, type what is below.

Here is where you type in the following. Make sure you do it one line at a time.

arm7_stopRemember, one line at a time. Once it's done, exit out of command prompt

Step 9
Go into iTunes, it will detect your iPod in DFU mode. Press Shift and click the Restore button. It will let you browse your hard drive. Select the patchedFW we made before. It should be in the Xpwn folder.

Step 10
After restore, your screen will go black and it will say your iPod is not recognized. Don't you worry...

You have to obtain the boot helper by yourself. When you do, open up the Boothelper folder. Run the Boot.bat and follow its instructions.
It has on screen instructions and is pretty self explanatory. So I don't think I need to write anything.

If you mess up, try again. If you did it right, your iPod should be booting up.

Note: If you have to reboot and your iPod becomes useless, use the boot tool. It will boot up again.

Another thing: If you don't have Cydia installed after you JB, it's because you messed up when moving the custompackages contents into the Xpwn directory. Remember to only move the files, not the folders! You have to remake your patchedFW .ipsw to get Cydia back.

Have fun with your jailbreak!
